Recipe: Yummy Gyoza

Gyoza. Gyōza and gyōza wrappers can be found in supermarkets and restaurants throughout Japan, either frozen or ready to eat. Gyoza is Chinese dumplings that ground pork and vegetables wrapped in round (pasta like) flour skins and pan-fried. A traditional, authentic Japanese Gyoza recipe!

Gyoza Yaki gyoza are by far the most common type of gyoza. They are pan fried in a hot skillet before a mixture of water and cornstarch is poured in and everything is covered for a few minutes. Gyoza are Japanese dumplings filled with moist and juicy ground pork and vegetables, steamed and pan-fried to crispy golden brown on the bottom. You can have Gyoza using 16 ingredients and 9 steps.   8. Add water and cover to steam cook gyoza. Serve hot and enjoy..
