- You need 2 lb of hamburger meat.
- It's 4 cup of cooked rice-brown or white.
- Prepare 4 large of green onions.
- It's 1 packages of mushrooms.
- Prepare 1/2 of regular yellow onion.
- It's 1/2 of bell pepper.
- Prepare 4 of eggs.
- It's 1/4 tbsp of salt.
- You need 3/4 tbsp of pepper.
Andrea's Amazing Pepper Rice step by step
- Fry 2 pounds of hamburger meat (with salt and pepper to taste) drain and set aside.
- Steam/cook 4 cups of rice and set aside.
- Sautee all vegetables separately in butter (all veggies must be chopped tiny).
- Saute 4 green onions.
- Saute 1 package of mushrooms.
- Saute half a regular yellow onion.
- Saute half a green bell pepper or red if you prefer.
- Mix all the sauteed, chopped up veggies with the already cooked hamburger meat.
- Fry/scramble 4 eggs.
- Chop up chunks of egg and add to meat.
- Mix all ingredients to large pan or skillet or wok with the already made rice.
- Add salt and tons of pepper to taste.
