  1. You need 2 lb of hamburger meat.
  2. It's 4 cup of cooked rice-brown or white.
  3. Prepare 4 large of green onions.
  4. It's 1 packages of mushrooms.
  5. Prepare 1/2 of regular yellow onion.
  6. It's 1/2 of bell pepper.
  7. Prepare 4 of eggs.
  8. It's 1/4 tbsp of salt.
  9. You need 3/4 tbsp of pepper.

Andrea's Amazing Pepper Rice step by step

  1. Fry 2 pounds of hamburger meat (with salt and pepper to taste) drain and set aside.
  2. Steam/cook 4 cups of rice and set aside.
  3. Sautee all vegetables separately in butter (all veggies must be chopped tiny).
  4. Saute 4 green onions.
